If you're traveling directly from Haneda Airport to our hotel, you can purchase a bus ticket at the airport. Here's the schedule. The majority of services depart from Shinjuku. We recommend taking the bus, where tickets can be purchased directly at the Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal or online via the express bus's official website. An alternative is the JR railway, which has the advantage of avoiding traffic jams but requires transfers. From Shinjuku, take a train to Ōtsuki Station; if there's no direct train to Ōtsuki, take the Chūō Line Rapid to Takao Station, then transfer to a train to Ōtsuki. From Ōtsuki, there's a direct JR line to Kawaguchiko Station.

Upon arrival at Kawaguchiko, there are three ways to reach our hotel:

1. A 25-minute walk, suitable for guests with not too much luggage.

2. Take the green line bus to the "Kawaguchiko Muse Museum" or "Ogi" station.

3. Take a taxi from the station exit, which costs about 1,000 yen.

Our hotel offers shuttle service to and from the station. However, please note that the shuttle service will be suspended in extreme weather conditions, such as heavy rain, snow, and ice. After booking, please contact the front desk staff to schedule your shuttle service.
